Opening Reception

Join us for the opening reception of Sageland Collaborative’s Sci-Art Exhibition. View work on display by the inaugural Sci-Art Cohort (Kate Jarman-Gates, Teresa Okawa, Felix Phoenix, Alethia Rodriguez) and partner organizations (Plumas Colectiva, Sour Honey Arts Collective).

At 7:00pm, there will be a presentation about the significance of the Intermountain West Shorebird Survey and the birds that inspired this year’s work. Come hear from the team of artists and Sageland scientists! Light refreshments provided.

Artwork will be on display at the Sorenson Unity Center gallery from July 23rd through August 19th.
