Alex Porpora, M.A.

Alex Porpora is an education professional based in Salt Lake City, Utah. She currently supports school district leaders in the midwest and intermountain west to achieve their goals in K-5 STEM instruction. Her background is in informal science education, environmental education, and nonprofit management. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Anthropology from the University of Miami and a Master’s in Environmental Humanities from the University of Utah.

A long-time Floridian, Alex never thought Utah would become home. 15 years later, she’s pretty convinced that this is the place. When she’s not working or serving her community, you can find Alex hiking, trail running, birding or powerlifting.
