Jaimi Butler, Board Chair

Biologist Jaimi Butler has not shut-up about Great Salt Lake since 1999. During that time she has witnessed the lake through the lens of industry, government, non-profits and academia. Jaimi is the co-author of a children’s book about the lake and co-edited the first book devoted entirely to the biology of Great Salt Lake.  A book of extreme relevance during this time of change. Jaimi is the founding Coordinator of Great Salt Lake Institute at Westminster College and is currently a freestyle biologist/science communicator/occasional farmer.
